Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for all students and proper class planning, refunds are available under the following conditions:

Refunds are available if classes have not been attended yet AND you provide at least 24 hours advance notice.

Group Classes

Full Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the first class
  • No classes in the series have been attended
  • Cancellation is requested through proper channels (email or contact form)

No Refund Conditions:

  • Less than 24 hours notice is given
  • Any classes in the series have already been attended
  • Student fails to attend without prior notification (no-show)

Private Lessons

Full Refund Conditions:

  • Cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson
  • The lesson has not yet taken place

Rescheduling Option:

  • Private lessons can be rescheduled without penalty with 24 hours notice
  • Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented emergencies (medical, family emergency, etc.), we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution, which may include:

  • Full refund regardless of timing
  • Credit towards future classes
  • Rescheduling options

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If we need to cancel a class due to:

  • Instructor illness or emergency
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Facility issues
  • Insufficient enrollment

Students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact us as soon as possible through our contact form or email, ensuring you provide at least 24 hours notice before your class.

Step 2: Include your registration details and reason for cancellation.

Step 3: We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Processing Fees

Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid. Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors (if any) are non-refundable.
